Jonathan Slingo of Customer First Hospitality has been chosen by Willoughby City Council to operate the Incinerator Café space at the Heritage Listed, Walter Burley Griffin designed Incinerator building in Willoughby.
The new café space will occupy the upper levels of the restored building, reopened in 2011, that also houses a professional art gallery, the Incinerator Art Space on the lower level.
Jonathan and his team appointed Jensen Data Systems as thier chosen POS provider. Installation was completed on 16th January 2014.
