Customer Accounts

Idealpos has a fully integrated Customer Accounts function built into the POS Screen. You can sell items as you normally would, and rather than tendering the sale to cash or Eftpos, you can finalise on Account. You can create Customer Accounts in Idealpos and apply payments, adjustment and credits as required.

From the Back office menu, you can produce a Customer Trial Balance to get an up to date list of outstanding customer balances. Customer Invoice and Customer Statements can also be printed or emailed.

Below is a picture of the POS screen and in red, the name of a customer that is currently logged onto the sale.


When the Customer button is pressed (button is called Cust), the details of the customer appear showing their account balance and contact details.
